RecipeRiser provides a mobile application ("Services") to our customers to help them track their home cooking.

As part of the Services, RecipeRiser's customers are permitted to submit electronic data and information, including personal data, to RecipeRiser's servers. In this context, the customer is the Data Controller and RecipeRiser acts as a Data Processor and does not determine how its customers utilize the data. RecipeRiser, as Data Processor, does not choose or determine the types of data that are submitted to RecipeRiser's servers, and any access to or use of such data by RecipeRiser is in connection with providing the Services to its customers.
Content and information submitted by a user is controlled by RecipeRiser's customers, as described above. Examples of content and information collected by RecipeRiser include: first and last name, email address, other contact information, and any personally identifiable information submitted by the user into text fields.
RecipeRiser also collects Non-Personally Identifiable Information from users of the Service, including without limitation: IP addresses, profile information, demographic information, geographical information, browser information, operating system information, device information, and usage statistics. This Non-Personally Identifiable Information is used to manage the services, track services usage, and improve the services. This Non-Personally Identifiable Information may be shared with third parties in order to provide the Service.
